The goal of EasyPCB is to provide you with high quality PCBs every time. In the event that you receive a board that has a manufacturing* issue, we will gladly replace any defective boards free of charge. Please send us an email with the order number and a description with a photo of the issue.
*Defects that are due to a characteristic beyond the capabilities of the EasyPCB service are not considered a manufacturing defect. For example: If your files contained a 4 mil trace and it has been etched off of the PCB, that is not considered a manufacturing defect because 6 mil is the minimum trace width that is listed in the capabilities.
